SHUJING
ShuJing · Investment Project & Enterprise Collaboration Platform
Keep projects organized, analyze documents efficiently, and make key decisions traceable to their supporting records.
ShuJing brings project workflows, document analysis, risk management, accounting and employee work records into one workspace for corporate investment, asset acquisition and operations teams. It helps businesses gather scattered information, assign responsibility and retain process records to support project discussions and management decisions.
01Project workflows: follow every stage of progress
Cover project initiation, due diligence, financial modelling, approval, signing, closing, post-investment management and archiving. View progress, assigned tasks and stage change records together. The system restricts progression when tasks in the current stage are unfinished or a risk at the highest severity remains open, helping teams address critical matters promptly.
02AI document analysis: find useful information in files
Upload Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text-based PDF and text files for questions and analysis of extractable body text. Ask follow-up questions about transaction steps, payment terms, each party’s obligations and missing documents to better understand complex files, with references to identifiable clauses in the original text.
03Drafting and revision: turn discussions into reviewable documents
Use selected materials and analysis requirements to help draft investment analyses, contract clause suggestions and complete revised documents. Save a new version after the user confirms adoption, retaining originals, version history and source records. Export to Word or text for further review and discussion.
04Risk alerts and registers: assign responsibility and action
Document questions also surface risk indicators, potential effects, information to verify and suggested actions, with separate risk analysis exports. A project risk register records severity, owners and resolution status alongside task follow-up, helping teams maintain attention on important issues.
05Operating scenarios: understand funding pressure under different assumptions
Currently based on hotel operations, the platform offers baseline, downside and severe stress scenarios. Estimate revenue, costs, renovation spending, debt principal and interest, and cash movements month by month. Identify cash shortfalls and debt service pressure to inform discussions about operating assumptions.
06Separate ledgers: track project and company finances
Keep investment project and company operating accounts separate, with voucher entry, review and posting, reversals, financial role permissions and period locking. Access general and detailed ledgers, trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and summaries of actual project funds, with PDF export and printing.
07Monthly tax assessment: prepare working papers for financial review
Use posted accounting data and verified tax inputs to assist assessments of applicable value-added tax, additional taxes and levies, corporate income tax and stamp duty. Retain inputs, rules, results and review records. Clearly flag matters requiring verification when information is insufficient or the business circumstances remain unconfirmed.
08Personal employee workspaces: build a continuing work record
Employees can view authorized projects and their own tasks, and submit work records, selected work chat excerpts and attachments. Managers can view records and task status by project, employee and date, creating a searchable record of project communication and execution.
09Version reviews and permissions: record how materials are used
Reviews are tied to a specific file version, retaining comments, the acting account and timestamps. Revised files undergo a new review. Publish approved versions to project members and manage access through project authorization, financial permissions and download records.
