This notice applies to the GrowupAI product showcase operated by TRT Harbor Trade Ltd. For questions about personal information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry records, use the email address below.
This site has no accounts, submission forms, analytics, or advertising trackers. To deliver pages, our Google Cloud server in Toronto, Canada processes the IP address, requested path, and browser technical information needed for the request; language preferences select the initial page. Per-request access logging is disabled. Server error and security logs may contain relevant technical information.
Email and phone links open your device's mail or dialer app; the website does not receive email bodies or call content. If you contact us, we receive the contact details, inquiry, and subsequent correspondence you provide through the relevant communication services. We use them to respond, arrange demonstrations, and discuss projects. Please do not send medical records or test reports in an initial ordinary email.
Server error and security logs are kept on the running VM for no more than 14 days. Weekly full-disk snapshots are kept for up to 28 days and may contain copies of logs already removed from the VM. Inquiry records are kept while the matter is active and deleted 12 months after it closes, unless a legal requirement calls for longer retention.
The website runs on a Google Cloud VM in the Toronto region. Email and phone providers handle communications; related data may be processed or stored outside Canada. We do not send visitor behavior data to advertising or analytics services from this site.
